D’ Luxe Creative Space (Company) is a 1200 sq ft multipurpose studio located at 2078 Jodeco Rd, McDonough, Georgia 30253 (Premises). Premises includes main space, hallways, conference room, makeup area, back hall and restroom. Client/Customer will be know as person(s) or entity renting the Premises.

Rentals are for the space only and DO NOT include photographer, videographer, wardrobe styling or makeup services. We do have preferred partners and can refer you if needed.

There is a complimentary professional grade steamer, clothing racks, and makeup station on site.

There is a private in-suite bathroom on site.

If needed, we provide studio lights/soft boxes as an add-on. (included with no extra fee for memberships)

There will be an on-site concierge to assist you during shoots if you should need any props moved. Otherwise, we ask that you don’t move any of the heavy furniture and for anything that is moved, you will be required to replace it to its original location.

You will have an option to select up to 6 seamless background colors that can be used, in addition to our furnished sets. If we do not have your desired colors, you are welcome to bring your own backdrop stand and additional colors to use. OUR COLORS ARE CURRENTLY (Black, White, Green, Gray, Light Blue, Yellow, Orange, Pink)

CANCELLATION | REFUND POLICY

If you need to cancel, you will be able to reschedule your booking for a future available date. Any cancellations within 5 business days are non-refundable.

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

ALL bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with no penalty if done so in five (5) days or more prior to the Rental Date. If less than 5 days to the booking, Client will be required to submit a new booking and will forfeit any previous booking charges.

Refunds, if any, are at the full discretion of the Company and will be made via check once the Rental Charge or Deposit has cleared the Company’s account.

If Company must cancel booking, Client will be provide rescheduling priority or a refund. Company is not responsible for anything out of its control such as Acts of Nature, Acts of God, Power Outages, Building Equipment Failures, Emergencies.

RATES | PAYMENTS | DEPOSITS

Please notes that rates are subject to change at owners discretion. Any booked sessions or memberships are locked in at said rate at the time of that booking.

In order to confirm and hold a reservation, a Deposit towards the Rental Charge must be paid via the D’ Luxe Creative Space booking site.

GENERAL RULES

⏰TIME: Your booking time includes your setup, breakdown, and cleanup. You may arrive on-site within 15 minutes before your booking start time. Please contact HOST upon arrival. You will be allowed in the space 5 mins before your time.

Please note: a 30-45 minute buffer window is planned in between each booking to ensure the studio is properly cleaned and sanitized

ALL areas are available for guest usage unless signage states otherwise. Outdoor/Outside photography is allowed with prior approval, but please be mindful of our neighbors.

🎵MUSIC: Music can be played but must be kept to a minimum. No outside boom boxes but you may use your phone, laptop, or our in-house system. Make sure to pay attention to notices at the sound system.

👉🏽EXTENSIONS: You may pay to extend your booking time depending on our studio's schedule. Please inform us as soon as possible about possible overage of time. We will confirm whether additional time is available.

👯GUESTS: Please ensure that only the number of guests on your reservation shows up for the booking. If more guests arrive during your booking than the number of attendees approved, you will be charged a $15 fee per additional person per hour. All ages are allowed in space.

🚭NO SMOKING OR FIRE 🔥

No smoking, open fire, or drugs of any kind are permitted inside or near the premises. Guests may smoke outside - away from the building.

🛋️FURNITURE: Small Furniture, Props, and Decor may be moved except wall decor. Furniture moved should be returned back to its original position.

🥂 NO FOOD unless booking for an event. No Exception. ONLY CLEAR BEVERAGES in studio.
